The fine print.
A pre-order tells our farmer to select, cut, and reserve a tree in your size. Each purchase includes a non-refundable deposit of $125. Should we have the availability, you may upgrade to a larger tree during your personal appointment. We can guarantee the size you pre-order but will have limited additional selections and cannot guarantee availability of larger trees.
